On New York Drivers and Traveling

Well the trek to watch Holly’s field hockey game has reached its culmination. Somehow we survived traffic of the city. Honestly, I have never seen such selfish drivers in all of my life.  Some man in a Ford F-250 took it upon himself to just drive straight at our car until he was mere inches from us. Only for preservation of our own vehicle did we stop and give him the appropriate courtesy’s did we then continue on our way.  Also, I thought that construction season was over but clearly thats not the case as we were in 4 traffic jams today and none of them were because of an accident.  My favorite traffic jam was because there was a sigh up that said “left lane merge” but the left lane was open the whole time. Lame.

Well, here’s to a good game tomorrow! Lets hope that the rain holds off!

So, New York driving is one of those things that you hope TV is just exaggerating about, but then it turns out it wasn’t? Stupid television… it has yet to steer me wrong.
